Anti-yellowing agent for powder coatings
Jietonda ®K 7007 is an upgraded product of K7005. It is used to suppress yellowing and aging of powder coatings at high temperature. It has very low smoke emission and can be applied to a variety of powder coating systems.

Characteristics
Can significantly inhibit yellowing of powder coating caused by electric baking and gas baking.
Can significantly inhibit the aging of the powder coating caused by high temperature baking, can withstand high temperature baking at 220-250 ℃.
Low smoke, low dosage and high efficiency, suitable for a variety of powder coating systems..

Use method & levels
Premix K7007 with other components of the formulation before extrusion.
The use level is 0.2-1% by weight, based on total formulation weight.

Package & Storage
Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. It should be closed immediately after use and away from fire sources.
Based on our experience, this product is valid for at least two years at a storage temperature of <32°C.
